Calculation and preload fixes
- Updated Manhattanhenge-style calculations to use a visible low-disk moment instead of formal rise/set only.
- Applied the same visible-disk approach to moonrise and moonset estimates.
- Corrected the default Manhattan preload to West 42nd Street in Midtown Manhattan.
- Migrated old generated Manhattanhenge links that carried the stale 5th Avenue place label.
- Expanded the About page with a plain-language explanation of the calculation method, approximations, and limits.
